Perioral Dermititis
I have lived a VERY long life of dealing with Perioral Dermititis (PD). I can happily tell you that my dermatitis is now dormant and is virtually invisible. Although it is still really there I have learned how exactly to make it appear non-existant. This definitely didn't happen overnight. I didn't wake up one day with knowing this. And actually after so many years of dermatology visits and drugs I was in denial that anything else could help me at all. It took me A TON of trial and error to figure things out. But after years of denial, I started putting together a lot of things I read online and started experimenting. So here is my list. If I follow this to a T, my dermatitis DISAPPEARS.
